I think this has nothing to do with the used bluetooth stack.
Savestates are just broken.

Tell me a game/games where this issue occurs.

Mario Party 8 this occurs, didn't even think to report it because savestates.

Just tested again in NSMB. Controls work fine with emulated wiimote after loading a savestate but when using a real wiimote it disconnects.

Since the new wiimote connector (link/refresh in same button), savestates are broken.
For exemple, in Zelda: Skyward Sword,
when I loading State, the Wiimote disconnects, and must exit & open Dolphin, and execute the game without loadstate.

When I'im using loadstate,
the game will not prompt the player to calibrate and target the monitor.

This should be fixed in the latest already, please let me know if not.

Issue remains in 3.5-367

loading state makes wiimote die... if you change the mote to none, then try to reconect the wiimote the emulator will crash

also if you try to use the "reconnect" with ALT+F5 the emulator will also crash

tested on 12 different games

Why don't you try the latest revision from https://dolphin-emu.org/download instead of one 1300 behind?
