Description

This patch adds support for reading the GameCube revision number (offset 0x7 of the boot header.) It will display this number in the volume properties dialog, as well as the netplay game list. As a side-effect, both the cache version and netplay versions were incremented, as the netplay names of some games have changed, and the cache format has been amended to add a revision number.
