Mario Kart Double Dash missing BGM during races with DSP LLE.

What went wrong?
BGM stopped as soon as race starts when using DSP LLE
What did you expect to happen?
BGM to play perfectly as always using LLE.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Set DSP to LLE and start a race. After the Count down the BGM will not start up.
What version of Dolphin were you using (please test the latest version
from http://dolphin-emu.org/download first, 3.5 or 3.5-367 are not valid
tests!)?
I was using the latest, -1324, when I noticed the problem. Tracked it down to dspjit merge, 3.5-1282, that caused the problem.
64 or 32 bit Dolphin?

What version of Dolphin used to work?
All versions prior to dspjit merge; 3.5-1270 and prior.
What Operating System were you using and what are your hardware
specifications?
Windows 8 Pro x64
core i5 2500k @4.5Ghz
8GB 1600 DDR3

Did some further narrowing down and dolphin-dspjit-3.5-1238 is where the issue first appears. dolphin-dspjit-3.5-1237 is fine.
