Textures work with DX11, didnt test DX9 or software render...

Just tested 3.5-1406, OpenGL works now and textures are not broken.

Huh... just changed the internal resolution and the textures broke again...
This only happens on OpenGL, tested DX11 and DX9, and they both work.

This is due to the GL backend's current lack of support for not ignoring texture format changes. Unchecking "Ignore Format Changes" in Graphics > Hacks fixes this issue on DX9/DX11, but this is impossible to uncheck on OpenGL because it hasn't been implemented yet there. Just use DX9/DX11 to play through the game for now if you're gonna do that.

Thank you for clearing that up, i thought it was a bug in dolphin.
I'm not really savvy with API's and only know a little bit about programming.

It is technically a bug in Dolphin, since it's not a matter of the OpenGL API not supporting something - we just haven't written the proper code to support format changes in the OpenGL backend.
