The about dialog provides a general introduction of the emulator, which I think users may be interested with. And the contributers' work should be acknowledged no matter which language the user speaks.
Those informations are not available in a translated doc afaik. The official site only listed some features.
I think the dialog box really doesn't contain too much legal stuff that needs to be kept untranslated.

Would be nice if we got this resolved before string freeze (sunday), glenn could you look at this? Should be fairly simple, but I guess I'd mess up something simple.
