After the merge of global user directory Mario Kart Wii can't create a proper new save file with a fresh install.

Mario Kart wii refuses to save a new file and continue the game with an ingame error message "Could not write to/read from wii system memory. For details please read the wii operation manual"
What did you expect to happen instead?
Not to throw an error and continue
What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have played the game and know its level names. Be as
detailed as possible.]
1.Download a new dolphin version of 3.5 - 2381 and make it use the local directory in the registry so that it doesn't use your global settings-saves
2.Just input the iso paths in the config and run Mario Kart Wii

Note that there is no issue if you already have a save file of Mario Kart and it doesn't happen before the merge of global directory.
Dolphin 3.5 and Dolphin 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs. Have you tested with the latest version from
