I played with all kinds of settings, none of them working for me. I even tried LLE interpreter. Nothing changed, aside from the slow down.

Sure you don't have a cheat code enabled, like "Fix item hang"?
Updated by Oehr64 about 11 years ago
Nope, no cheats active. Also "Fix item hang" should only be used with HLE or something. I'm using LLE by default anyway
Is it working for you delroth?

Try using different audio back-end, OpenAL used to not play some music in Wind Waker, so maybe other back-ends have other problems.

Oh, ignore me, you said you tested it on all back-ends. I'll check it out when I get there. lrn2read me.

Couldn't replicate it here using that save, the violin music during the Ceremony in the Woods sounds fine...
Updated by Oehr64 about 11 years ago
I tried through the backends as well, yep, but that didn't change anything either.
I just switched to the most stable configuration possible (interpreter cpu emulation, interpreter LLE, no graphic hacks and so on) and it suddenly works. Well, it took forever to progress so far, but there was music and not just background noise(water, bells, etc). So I restored my previous configuration (the one im playing with and tried: It works again? How can that be. I just restored the configuration that certainly played no audio in the cutscene!
Even the save state just before the ceremony started playing music... HLE works too.
What the hell just happened?
Either way, this issue can be closed... though I'm still trying to at least replicate this again...
