These games do not have a defaults setting file.
Since there is no file, there is a game to which a bug happens.

I want you to make a defaults setting file.

Only the game which I have was investigated.
I think that there is also a game by which the setting file was otherwise lost.

I would just like to mention two things.
- There is no one to test proper settings for Japanese only games. So unless a game is for other regions too it won't be added in the database, or have basically an empty file added.
- The presence of a gameini doesn't automatically mean that an issue is fixed. There are plenty of games that have practically an empty ini in the database (no settings are enforced). There are plenty of games that don't need any special setting to work properly or have an issue that isn't fixable by a setting and need code changes to be fixed.

To be sure, all may not have necessity.
However, only the EU version and a PAL version have the game in which the configuration file exists.
I want you to set up J version similarly.
