What did you expect to happen instead?
The game to load the save data just fine.
What steps will reproduce the problem?

- Download the memory card file below and enable it in Dolphin
- Boot TMNT, try to load a game
- Watch the game reboot
Dolphin 3.5 and Dolphin 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs. Have you tested with the latest version from
http://dolphin-emu.org/download ?
I have tested it with the ppc_fp branch, which as of revision b863e40677710f2d53cae8aedfe450b4215562d3 is merged to master, so I assume the bug to be happening in master now as well.

The first noticeable bug is that the background behind the TMNT logo, that moves to the upper left corner just before the reboot, is black (correct would be a city skyline, iirc).
If anyone has an idea on how to debug this, please say something.

Is this TMNT or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? I seem to have one called "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" on the disc, but there is another game called TMNT as well, which is another game I believe.
I have no save file, and it just doesn't detect memory card in master.
