Description

Game Name?

ゼルダの伝説 4つの剣+ - G4SJ01

(Please don't kill me if the above is wrong, took me forever to pick out those symbols)

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.

While the main game functions fine with GBA Link, Tetra's Trackers suffers disconnects and, if you manage to connect, Dolphin runs at 1/12th the framerate of VBA-M. Forcing the VBA-M to 1200% gets Dolphin full speed.

What did you expect to happen instead?

Since the rest of the game worked, I kinda expected this one to work as well.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
[Don't assume we have ever played the game and know any level names. Be as
specific as possible.]

  1. Load the game, make sure GBAs are in at least Slots 1 and 2
  2. Connect two VBA-Ms and navigate to the third option on the main menu
  3. If it disconnects, that's one of the bugs. Only solution is to restart all emulators. If it stays connected, observe the low framerate.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

4.0, 4.0-1244, HLE and LLE audio backends. HLE seems to disconnect less than LLE audio.

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

Nope

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)

Core i5 3570K, Geforce GTX 760, Windows 7 x64

Are you using the 32 or the 64 bit version of Dolphin?

64bit

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

I don't have any useful screenshots or logs. Here's one showing the mode, at least: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/484730/G4SJ01-2.png
