Random crashes with the error message: FIFO is overflowed by Gatherpipe! CPU thread is too fast!

What steps will reproduce the problem?

It's a random crash in a long running game of FIFA.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-1552

What are your PC specifications?

Windows x64, nvidia geforce, intel cpu

I saw that a previous issue concerning this (5415) had been closed. I saw this problem in the past, but now it seems to be much more frequent with build 1552. This might just be a coincidence or related to the fact that this game has been running for a long time.
