What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start the game.
2. Select "New Game"
3. Select "Home Room"
4. Select a Mii
5. Notice the severely over saturated graphics.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

Dolphin r5152 with OpenGL
Dolphin r6767 with DX11
Dolphin 4.0-2109 with DX11

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?

None of the versions I tested correctly displayed the game.
