Emulator Issues #7520
closedOGL Post Processing flips image upside down/grayscale.

Description
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
OGL post processing effects (all of them that I randomly selected) flip the image upside down and some filters turn the image grayscale as well.
What did you expect to happen instead?
Post Processing to work normally as it has in the past. I bought 4 pairs of 3D anaglyph glasses for a reason.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Use dolphin 4.0-2215+
- Boot game with any PP effect enabled.
- Glorious upside down and possibly grayscale gameplay! Perfect if you've got one of those back stretcher things that flip you upside down. People who are completely colorblind will gather the same experience regardless of filter.
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
2263 is the latest I tested since PR 683 has yet to be merged. The bug first appears on 2215 or PR 471.
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
Use anything less than 2215.
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Ubuntu 14.04
Some 8 core AMD
GTS 450
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
Perhaps it's OS specific? Wouldn't know if Windows people use PP effects since D3D is probably preferred.

Did you build it yourself?
Did you do a install after building the latest?
If you didn't do an install it won't install the newest PP shaders that were pushed recently. This could cause random issues like that.

A sudo make install fixed it, so close this up. A quick question though, is there an option for a local install or is it always global? I like to keep all of my emulator files on a separate partition in case of...accidents. If there's nothing like that, I'll be sure to open a feature request.

- Status changed from New to Invalid
There is on Windows, but I'm not sure the same option is available on Linux/Mac.

There is, just configure your CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX properly.
