Description

Game Name?
Easiest to reproduce with Super mario sunshine or Wind Waker

Game ID?

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Havig stretch to window enabled in a game where the .ini specifies a specif aspect ratio can cause dolphin to not center the rendered image or ignore the .ini setting entirely.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Follow the ini setting no matter what.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Render windowed mode.
  2. put aspect ratio as stretch to screen.
  3. put resolution to any 16:9 resolution and internal resolution to window size
  4. run a game like wind waker or super mario sunshine with a 4:3 resolution specified in the .ini
  5. hit any of the dolphin menu buttons and the render area will shift all the way left instead of being centered. Only happens when stretch to screen is selected and 4:3 in the .ini. Might also happen if you had a 16:9 .ini and a 4:3 resolution, but I don't think those exist.

Additionally setting any other internal resolution, or dragging and snapping the window to any side of the screen or tabbing from exclusive fullsreen causes dolphin to ignore the .ini setting and stretch to screen.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-2332

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
unknown, doubtfull

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
i7 3630QM
windows 8.1
nvidia 660m
