What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
F-Zero Gx plays really slowly on 4.0-2883 and above. Plays really fine on 4.0-2881 and below.
Issue can been seen from the title screen but is really noticeable on "ocean sand" track.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Game should be run at least as smooth as 4.0-2881 build.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Laucnh F-zero gx game
2. Go to "Practice mode"
3. Select first cup (on the left) and choose "Ocean Sand" track
4. Select 29 CPU
5. Start the practice and notice how the game plays really slowl compared to 4.0-2881 (tested until 4.0-3338).*

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
