There's not enough information to really make a call on this. What're your settings, can you show screenshots of the problem, did you try 4.0 and see if it was bugged there, etc. As it is now I can't do anything to help.
I use the default settings apart from 2x/3x native res, as for the screenshot i don't think there is much to see, it's just 3d models with ghosted silohuettes near them, looks like something wrong with shaders or bloom effect but if i can help i will post a screenshot later. I didn't tried with 4.0 anyway, just used a bunch of the newest release.
Oh I forgot to mention that the problem happens also with "LEGO Indiana Jones - The Original Trilogy", and for "LEGO Batman - The Videogame" i found a total new different problem with messed texture, but i think i should open a new ticket for that uh? :)

Sure. Please provide screenshots even if there isn't much to see. A lot of us have never played the game and have no idea how it's supposed to look or what's going wrong. I'll reset this to new since you responded.
That looks like a bloom effect; likely not a bug, although we'd need a comparison shot with console to say for sure.
I think it's a bad rendered bloom effect because there is only in this game and Indiana Jones and in fact they share the same engine. For example, there is no sign of this in LEGO Batman and LEGO Star Wars III, that I tried on Dolphin, as those games use a different engine from previous one. Anyway atm i can't try them on Wii, but watching videos / images around the net clearly shows there is no ghosting. Also, even if it can't be a sure statement, their respective games on PC version has no such "issue".

I played the game for a while but I don't see anything abnormal.
