Emulator crashes if a game running through OpenGL is minimized

Description
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
If you run any game in a separate window with the OpenGL backend, and then minimize Dolphin, the emulator crashes.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Switch to OpenGL backend and uncheck "Render to Main Window".
- Start any game.
- Minimize Dolphin.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-5788 (most recent build), and various other 4.0 builds.
Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?
Worked in 4.0-2263, broke in 4.0-2286.
What are your PC specifications?
Windows 7 (64-bit), Intel Core i3 2120 @ 3.3GHz, AMD Radeon Powercolor AX6870 w/ 1GB VRAM.

I didn't notice before, but the issue only occurs with AA enabled. That may be why you couldn't reproduce it.

Okay, turns out there's ANOTHER thing I missed- the issue only happens if the internal resolution is set to Auto (Window Size).

Auto Window Size was removed. So this should be fixed.
