Description

Game Name?
Dragon Ball - Revenge of King Piccolo

Game ID?
R7GEAF

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
There is screen flicker even with Real XFB enabled. According to the wiki, disabling Real XFB causes flicker on every refresh, which does occur, and enabling XFB fixes most of the flicker. Some flicker does remain on both graphical backends, however.

Tested with both graphical backends using JIT. Have not tried JITIL or Interpreter yet.

What did you expect to happen instead?
No Flicker

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Some stages are worse then others, though the flicker is excessive in stage 3-1 while riding the raft on water, occurring maybe once per second.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
4.0-5826

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
No

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
CPU: i7 2600k
GPU: GTX 770
RAM: 8GB
OS: Win 7 64

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Try it on single core and see if RealXFB fixes the flickering then.

Negatory. Also happens on Interpreter with Real XFB enabled, both graphical backends.

This is possibly a duplicate of #7332

It sounds different to me; but we need a video to be sure.

And was just trying to get a video, and even on Interpreter, the playback doesn't agree with what actually occurred in game while recording. This me doing something wrong, or is something else going on?

I'll get something tomorrow; late here right now.

If you're doing input recordings, try using single core and using memcards, not GCI folders.

If you're using video dumping, then it's a bit more interesting.

I'm using input recordings; any way to do video dumps within dolphin (not using an external program)? I'll give it a try tonight in any case.

Ok, any recommendations for recording a movie? At the start of stage 5-2, it's happening every other frame, but it isn't showing on the input recordings.

Farther, I tested 4.0.2, and no problems occurred in the same spot, so it looks like a regression.
