Unknown instruction when launching pretty much any game but specifically in wind waker

Game Name? THE LEGEND OF ZELDA The Wind Waker for PAL
Game ID? GZLP01
What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
an alert box is shown containing
IntCPU: Unknown instruction 1209c613 at PC = 80331098 last_PC = 812fffc8 LR = 8000692c
then the emulator crashes
What did you expect to happen instead?
I expect the game to load then begin play
What steps will reproduce the problem?

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
probably last working on july 2014
What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 8.1 update 1, AMD-5800k(trinity) APU
Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

Wind Waker PAL works in at least 4.0-595x here, don't have the latest on me, but I think you're having some kind of weird issue. Have you tried JIT instead of JITIL?

No luck, the capture on my report was already on JIT,

I get a sequence of invalid writes and reads
GPU on APU is reported as
AMD RAdeon HD 7660D
catalyst version:
14.12 AMD Catalyst Omega Software

none at all. pretty much straight from dload. any ideas whats wrong? is there anything like a stacktrace?

Tested as far back as dolphin 3.5
debug message in Visual Studio commnunity 2013

Very well could be a bad/bitrotted dump if it doesn't even boot in older versions. Right-click > Properties > "Info" tab, compute the MD5 hash and google the result. If there's no redump.org or GameTDB result, go redump the game with CleanRip.
Is this still happening with any other games? Does Wind Waker still work in any version of Dolphin?

Wind Waker is known to work in regular builds. This is some kind of issue with your computer/environment.

My bad, I am dumb =D, most probably bad dump(might be from compress->decompress->copy from diff filesystems... hard to know), got another game working. Thanks for the help.
