LLE Bios booting doesn't work

I'm not sure what this means but I noticed that all AX games I tried would booth
with the LLE. But with all non-AX games the DSP would en up at HALT after one or two
seconds. I want to document the mail messages on boot in detail. And fix the problem.

i'm assuming this issue is for loading from ipl, instead of just loading ipl?
Seems to work ok in interpreter, jit causes xfb garbage and a hang.

shuffle: correct. This is about non-HLE BIOS booting, not the DSP LLE plugin. :(

fixed by one of LinesPrower's recent JIT-fixing commits :) sorry, I don't know exact
commit.
the screen still has some garbage (for a split second), but that is another issue -
probably related to resetting VI. I kinda like it though - artsy ;p
Sadly the PAL ipl still hangs in normal JIT when booting a dol, so can't mark as fixed
quite yet. Note: you can continue with booting perfectly OK by finding the inf loop and
breaking out of it...so, verrrry close :)

NTSC IPL booting here no graphics issues in OpenGL. Sound works with DSP LLE. Time
and date won't set though. But as for lle bios booting, i think this can be closed
now. R5267
