What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Water is white even trough I got Anisotropic Filtering Disabled.

What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected the water to look blue because I have Anistropic Filtering Disabled.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

This is like the same problem on issue 5676 except I have Anistropic Filtering disabled and am still getting white water.

It's perfectly fine here on latest master, can you please confirm that there's nothing messed up in your settings? Tested in 4.0-6209 on D3D and OpenGL, GTX 760. Please bisect to the exact build that caused your regression if you can; that will allow us to give you better assistance. It's obvious that something strange is going on if 5725 is working.

@degasus, is there any reason for this to start happening on certain graphics cards?

@anyone: Can we get another AMD User in here to verify if there is a problem on AMD cards that cropped up?

Looks fine here on my radeon 7950, version 4.0-6213 in both d3d and opengl. I'm not using any custom texture pack though. Does it make a difference if you turn yours off?

OK I fixed the water. I deleted a certain texture and now it works fine. But its still very wired though because I didn't have the white water issue on Dolphin 4.0-5725 even with that specific texture loaded
