What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
Well where to start, I downloaded the latest build to see if the added FMA4 support did anything for my Bulldozer CPU. It's hard to determine all of the problems but among them are:
ingame video playback/intro corruption and pixelation
menu items and boxes in wrong areas
erratic 2D animations and warping of 3D models with animation (Mario Kart Double Dash)
black intro screens upon starting the game and crashing upon 3D rendering (Medal OF Honour Frontline)
weird camera angles control stretching beyond the game maps (sims and sims bustin out)
What did you expect to happen instead?
A performance increase.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
If you have an AMD bulldozer chip then just open the games in regular JIT and you'll see some of the problems from the start.
Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
