What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
FMV's, cutscenes, and loading screen and menu backgrounds are distorted beyond recognition

What did you expect to happen instead?
For them to display correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Simply start the game while using any kind of Anisotropic filtering or forced texture filtering and try to view anything that isn't a selectable menu item or the in-game render.

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
dolphin-master-4.0-6891-x64

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
No, same problem exists in dolphin-master-4.0-4247-x64 and 4.0.2 stable

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 7 SP1 64 bit, i7-4770k OC'd 4.3GHz, Nvidia GTX770 4GB, 8GB 1866MHz RAM

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,

A lot of enhancements are known to break games in various ways, it uses EFB Copies for the background effect, so turning on anisotropic filtering breaks it pretty spectacularly.

I just tested again on master and am not seeing this issue. I use anisotropic filtering and haven't noticed any issues with it for this game. Please don't disable it..
