What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
There's a constant visual stutter/shudder in the in-game 3D render

What did you expect to happen instead?
correct display

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start the game using either a virtual or real XFB and enter any level

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
dolphin-master-4.0-6891-x64

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
No, same problem exists in dolphin-master-4.0-4247-x64 and 4.0.2 stable

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating System, CPU and GPU)
Windows 7 SP1 64 bit, i7-4770k OC'd 4.3GHz, Nvidia GTX770 4GB, 8GB 1866MHz RAM

I suppose I should add the effect is most noticeable when moving the camera around in any fashion.

ok, thats weird.

I've seen this issue in pal games, but not ntsc games.

Do you have progressive scan turned on?

In fact I do, and turning it off seems to eliminate the stuttering.
