Description

Game Name?
--Mortal Kombat: Armageddon

Game ID?
--(sorry I dunno exactly what you're looking for because I can't find the Properties>Info tab) but...[PAL][EspalWii.com] is what it came with and it's an ISO for the Wii

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong in few words.
--in certain places (in the game's "Konquest"), the camera scrolls up automatically and permanently, without any input from the joystick [which in this game controls the camera]

What did you expect to happen instead?
--it shouldn't move at all unless the joystick-camera directs it to

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(technically this happened before, but it was barely manageable; this time it is not)

  1. be Taven in Konquest mode inside the Red Dragon Caverns
  2. soon as you walk in, the camera scans vertically upward and stays there; just a little at first, so that if you jam the joystick that controls the camera [in classic-controller wiimote emulation] downward in an attempt to cancel it out, you can just barely see the top of your character (Taven)
  3. then, upon moving through the caverns just into a big cavern where you first learn the move Time Stop, the camera view shoots insanely far upward almost a direct view of the ceiling and nothing changes it
----I should emphasize that "the camera" must I guess be a permanent camera viewpoint/background, against which one can use the joystick-camera to sort of change the angle, but the joystick camera (if you were to guide it up or down) will only move about 5-10% of the viewpoint/background; this is why it is impossible to cancel out when it shoots up to a ceiling view, because you can still move the joystick camera, but only enough to see a different part of the ceiling
----the game is still playable (indeed in that particular area it forces you to fight a whole bunch of ninjas)....and given that a similar thing happened earlier in the game when I entered a cavern [the camera slowly scrolled upward as now, but it did a full 360 and ended back looking from behind Taven, as it belongs]...I am beginning to think it is a problem with the caverns
----I'm actually surprised as hell that literally nobody else has ever mentioned this issue

Dolphin 3.5 and 3.5-367 are old versions of Dolphin that have
known issues and bugs, so don't report issues about them and test the
latest Dolphin version first.
Which versions of Dolphin did you test on?
--currently use Dolphin 4.0

Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which
versions of Dolphin used to work?
--not to my knowledge

What are your PC specifications? (including, but not limited to: Operating
System, CPU and GPU)
--in short: just fine
--specifically, Windows 8.1, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00 GHz, 64-bit OS.....not sure where to find GPU information

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)
--I mean I could easily offer them if necessary but in short it seems like ...well either a real simple problem or an extremely complicated one
--pretty sure I've said everything I need to above - its really just a single stupid issue with the camera

thanks for your time,
~Matt
