[A purple glowing border is shown around the mini map at the bottom left of the screen]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

[Start the game. Start any save file or a new game. Skip possible cutscenes. Press "2" button to activate the mini map once in-game.]

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

[Tested on version 4.0-8120. The map never worked the way it should in D3D. However in version 4.0-146 at least the purple glowing borders are gone. The issue definately started at version 4.0-155 "Merge branch 'd3d9-removal'" and stayed since the recent version.]
