What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just trying to Boot game reproduces problem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black screen when game boots, sometimes the FPS will change to 2-3 fps but
mostly just hangs with nothing happening.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R3110 on Vista x32 Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
when booting you get black screen sometime the fps will change from 1 to 3-
5 slowly like something is happening but 90% of the time nothing happens,
i did do a search for this but nothing came up.
