What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

The screen will flicker at some points in the game(Like seen in the Video)
Changing the Graphics Backend did not change anything.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Go to Asgard
  2. Just walk around in the Town(outside) and you will notice a decent flickering at some points.

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Tested on build 9392,8863 and stable 4.0.2, all had the issue

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU:Intel Core i7 4790K
GPU:AMD R9 390
OS:Windows 10

I don't see a bug in the video, but can you try enabling Virtual XFB in Graphics Settings -> Hacks

Flicker might be the wrong word, it might be more like lightning issues(my english isn't that good, sorry). And enabling XFB did not change anything.

Its not an issue. It is supposed to be a wind effect, wich will increase later so it is more easy to recogise as such.
