What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Launching any game fullscreen via the gui works as expected
Launching any game via the no-gui program causes the screen to be compressed to the top left hand corner of the screen with a load of graphics corruption down the right

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Launch any game using the following command line:

./dolphin-emu-nogui -e

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

Latest Git 5.0.1327 (although I believe this issue has been there since the vulkan api was introduced)

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
i7 6700k @ .5ghz
16gig Gskill ram
GTX 770

Fedora 24 (nvidia 375.20 proprietary driver)
