Description

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

[Dolphin is crashing when trying to change backend on first run or clean install]

What steps will reproduce the problem?

[/Video backend/ OpenGL > Vulkan etc]

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

[5.0-1691]

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

[S7 Exynos 8890, T880, 7.0]

Is there any other relevant information? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files)

[Workaround: Set CPU Core from JIT ARM64 to interpreter, back button (saves .ini), or boot a game (creates ini values). It'll no longer crash and backends switching works fine]
