What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

After successfully installing the latest release of UsbDk (1.00-16), whenever I start up any game (even GameCube) my computer crashes.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Have Dolphin
  2. Run a game while having an Official Wii U GameCube Controller Adapter plugged in
  3. After the initialization phase of running software, enjoy a blue screen

Which versions of Dolphin did you test on? Does using an older version of Dolphin solve your issue? If yes, which versions of Dolphin used to work?

An image of my BSoD

I always have my Official Wii U GameCube Controller Adapter plugged in to my front panel so I can play whenever I feel like it. Also, my motherboard's built-in Bluetooth module has a tendency to not be recognized for no reason at all, for what it's worth.

Although not relevant to the issue, after trying to uninstall UsbDK through the executable in its Program Files folder, my computer no longer blue screened. But Dolphin then crashed whenever loading up the game list. I later figured out how to uninstall it properly (through Uninstall or change a program) and that successfully got me back to square one.
