Description
The tldr is that the bug is similar to https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/10857 but for other windows as well, specifically:
- Graphics Settings
- Controller Settings
- Wii Remote Settings
Those windows are so tall, they get cut off on my 720p screen. Full-screen screenshot attached to illustrate.
Suggestions:
- Reduce padding similar to what https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/6361 did.
- All windows should be fully resizable. If they don't fit on the screen, at least a scrollbar should appear instead of cutting off windows (the wx version does that).
My setup:
Linux (latest openSUSE Tumbleweed), Gnome 3.26, Breeze-GTK theme, latest Git snapshot of Dolphin.

GameCube Keyboard settings window also affected.
Any chance @spycrab0 has a look at this issue as he also fixed 10857?
