What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

When I try to update Dolphin from version 5.0-9211 to Dolphin 5.0-9213 an error message comes up, wich goes like this: (header) "Error" (message) "A fatal error occured and the updater cannot continue:
Failed to write to directory despite administrator priviliges."

What steps will reproduce the problem?

opening Dolphin and haveing enabled the setting with the automatic updates (developer) many times a day. when I click on the button to install the update(s) a window appears asking me if I want to allow this software to change things (because of the administrator permissions). When I now click yes, how you normally would do this error occours and if I click on "OK" then nothing happens.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

latest version: Dolphin 5.0-9213, issue present there: I can't try, because there are no new updates at the time of writing this. My version: Dolphin 5.0-9211, issue present there: Yes!

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

No, because there is no updater (Dolphin-5.0).

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

Intel I5 6600K, AMD Radeon R9 285, Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

I use Dolphin with the German language selected.
