What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Since the "Fix Super Mario Sunshine Debug cubes" PR has been merged ( https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/9122 ), some elements in Mario Kart Wii custom tracks are invisible which were visible before.

This includes the wodden bridge at the end of "1465 N64 Yoshi Valles Beta2.mkwfun (zilly)" (https://ct.wiimm.de/i/1465), and one of the transparent pipes in "8072 Seaway v1.02 (Okin)" (https://ct.wiimm.de/i/8072). These are the two tracks where I noticed the issue, it's possible (and likely) that other tracks are broken as well.

On console and on older Dolphin versions, both the bridge and the pipe are visible.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Notice that the wood bridge near the end of N64 Yoshi Valley and the glass pipe where the two roads cross on Seaway are both invisible.

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes, it is, in 5.0-13452

Is the issue present in the latest stable version?

No idea, I can't successfully compile 5.0-stable.

If the issue isn't present in the latest stable version, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

First broken version is 5.0-13081, the first version after PR 9122 has been merged. A bisect says 51724c1ccdbc141b1aed67a2efc952e884cadd35 is the first broken commit, which is one of the two commits in said PR.

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. I attached a fifolog of the invisible bridge, and two screenshots. One from a broken build (invisible bridge), one from a working build (visible bridge).

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

i9-9900K, RTX 2080Ti, Ubuntu 20.04

Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
