昨天有發了一封關於dolphin 5.0-16218版本有這個問題，後來開發人員回了封dolphin 5.0-16219的模擬器時可正常開啟，但是到了最新版本的開發版本dolphin 5.0-16234又出現了一樣的問題:
api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

There seems to be a language barrier here. The fix is not in the main Dolphin build, it's only here: https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/10565
I made a few small changes. If you can test this again and report that it works I'll add it to the main build: https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/4b/15/pr-10565-dolphin-latest-x64.7z

Thanks for the feedback from the developer, your new development version 5.0-16235 can be opened normally
