Emulator

There are a lot of settings that affect emulation when the software renderer is used but cannot be changed through the UI while it is selected. A (probably non-exhaustive) list of such settings is:
Start in fullscreen, Log Render Time to File, Render to Main Window, Immediately Present XFB, Dump XFB Target, Dump Base Textures, Dump Mip Maps
The only way to change these settings at the moment is to switch to a hardware backend or null, do the changes and switch back. There should either be a way to change them from the software renderer widget or the rest of the tabs should be made accessible even when software is selected.
