Can't play new versions of dolphin

Description

When I try to play new versions of dolphin (development version, betas), it gives me an error and IDK why exactly, I have an old pc (A Laptop) But I don't wanna think that's the reason. Anyway, there are screenshots of new version and the version that still running I didn't find this error reported yet.

Beta version 5.0-18498

new doesn't work now
Beta version 5.0-19368

It does not work by changing graphics configuration (in what I tried to change) I or with other games, so I hope we can fix it or at least and explanation.
