Yes. 2409-30

Is the issue present in the latest release? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest release.

Yes. 2409

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

N/A

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

I don't know how to use fifologs. I uploaded some screenshots as examples below.

P.S. For clarification, the screenshots are a comparison of how they should look like (the ones with normal in the filename) vs. the bugged pixelated ones I'm getting.

  • Status changed from New to Working as intended

Just looks like a 240p EFB copy used as a static background texture for the pause menu, likely because of memory constraints on the N64. Feel free to reopen if this doesn't happen on real hardware.

The resolution is like this on real Wii hardware, for what it's worth. But then again, real Wii hardware doesn't have Dolphin's ability to increase the internal resolution.

At first I was thinking that, since these screenshots were taken somehow, Dolphin must have been able to render these elements at higher resolutions at some point in the past, right? And it is the GameCube version we're seeing in these screenshots. But then I realized: Could it be that these screenshots were taken with the GameCube release of the game loaded into an N64 emulator? (I don't know for certain if N64 emulators are able to upscale this effect.)

Anybody have a copy of the images since the external images are not found. I wonder too how they would've taken the unpixelated images
