What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch Super Mario Sunshine PAL
I am using DX9 plugin 1920x1080 in full screen mode. nvidia geforce 240GTS
2gb, 6gb RAM and intel core i7 920.
2.Play the game
3.Fins water where you can fill up your tank or its moving and the colour
is white no transparency either.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Transparent textures etc... the water more natural instead of a milk colour

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin x64 r4812 on windows 7 homepremium x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I am using all of the default settings except of setting it as dx9 plugin
with x16Q 1920x1080 and render to main window then I choose fullscreen when
its running. I am also using an xbox 360 wired controller.
