What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start game
  2. Go through menus to choose Challenge or Single-player

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blue overlay blocks visibility in races. Can occasionally see the track
for a second or two if you drive blind.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V992; Vista x86, Intel Dual Core Ex 2.93MHz; 2 8800GTX in SLI mode

Tested with and without Optimize Quantizers & Idle Skipping.
