Missing geometry using the DX9 plugin for "house of the dead overkill"

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Let the intro play of the story mode and you will notice that the agents guns are missing when they point them. This happens also throughout the game.
2.Haven't tracked a setting that changes this behavior, except by using the opengl plugin.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Their guns to be in their hands. Some are missing from the ingame model viewer also.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Haven't tracked a version without the problem
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64 bit, mamario's
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
win7 pro 64 bit
Please provide any additional information below.
Opengl plugin DOESN'T have the problem, while directx11 crashes with pixel and vertex shaders errors. My video card is a Geforce 9600gt with the latest drivers.
