We don't accept performance issues. Also, the low speed is obviously to your settings.
Will Dolphin ever look into basing their Emulator on more then 2 core's? This would solve numerous numbers of performance issues.
I think your video card is a real bottleneck for your system.
play with a resolution of 1280*720 or less : this GPU is too weak for fullHD

Stop pretending you know how multithreading applications works when you clearly don't. You're embarrassing yourself and causing software developers reading this to suffer brain aneurysms.
In the meantime you have complained about performance without providing any details about which build you're using or what your settings are. Seeing as how that cpu is more than powerful enough to handle this game I can only conclude that you have certain video backend settings configured incorrectly but without any information I can't identify what specific settings. Also which video backend are you using?
If in the emulator, go under Graphics and then Hacks. Disables External Frame Buffer. And under EFB copies, make sure ONLY Virtual is checked. UNCHECK Ram.
This solves 95% of speed problems I was encountering when I first got Dolphin.

I have an i3 btw, and I'm running in HD without any slow down problems.
Also, make sure vsync isn't checked. That'll unnecessarily slow things down. AND, run in 1680x1050 res. It looks identical to 1920x1080 (its only 30 lines difference) but for some reason loads WAY faster.
i have a Q6600 @ 2.9GHZ and a r9 270x devil edition and i get the same issue
