in the game "michael jackson the experience" during the songs,a noise sound at the tempo, and kept the noise during the game ...

Also, my computer has interchangeable graphics (Nvidia and Intel), I can use the nvidia Card without problems, but when I change the graphics settings (eg, enable or disable v-sync), fails to recognize the NVIDIA card and I have restart the program every time I want to change the graphics settings ...
