I used to make Q3 maps, i am pretty sure this is a "Z-Buffer" problem which determined when Flares should be drawn.
:Problem:
You can see the Flares e.g (Lights/Sun) through the Walls
ots or any other
files (http://min.us/ for example).

Do you have a save game near where the issue occurs and also instructions on how to reproduce?
Can you also test it on an older version of Dolphin like "Dolphin 3.0" official?

Also, do you have a save game? You can zip up the MemoryCardA.USA.raw files that are under the User/GC directory.

I can confirm the issue, it can be seen right at the beginning of the first stage in story mode after the intro by looking at the sun behind rocks, and the graphic fixes branch doesn't seem to fix it.

3.0 - 439 seems to be the commit responsible after a bit of testing.

Found another of the same issue in Eternal Darkness. You're only supposed to see the sun and glare through the window.

My Zelda WW problem doesn't appear with OpenGL Renderer, is this also the case with these?

My issue screenshots have been fixed past 3.0-630. Not sure when, though.
