This can be considered a duplicate of Issue 1498.

If you're knowledgeable enough, you can git checkout the d3d11_pixelmetrics branch and compile it, then use the DX11 plugin to be able to finish the level. I can't really assist you there, though, not being a Windows user.

Lad, you're showing a lack of reading comprehension here.
A) Read the last few comments of Issue 1498. They describe the issue you're having.
B) I can't help you with anything regarding Git or compilation on Windows. Maybe someone else will. All I can do is point you towards the wiki page on building Dolphin.

help i'm having the same problem. I clean up literally ALL the goop and the shell guys but the timer still goes down until I get Game over.
