Crash when taking screenshots in DX11 and specific settings

Description

Screenshots are broken with the D3D11 backend when running in a specific environment. The specifics are:

D3D11
Fullscreen (Even at 3X native, it doesn't happen unless in fullscreen mode)
Internal resolution above 1x Native, including Auto (I used 3X native, tested 1.5X Native as well)

To reproduce it, run any game with D3D11 and anything above 1x internal resolution, go to fullscreeen, and press F9. Dolphin will immediately crash, and no screenshots will be saved (however dolphin does generated the folder to put them in). D3D9 and OpenGL are not affected. Note that "Scaled EFB Copies" appears to have no effect on this problem.

Tested the following revisions.

3.0 - Works
3.0-589 - Nope
3.0-600 - Nope
3.0-631 - Nope
3.0-682 - Nope
3.0-710 - Nope
3.0-735 - Nope

That's all the old builds I have saved up. Apparently it's pretty old. I'll download a bunch of old builds and test further if need be, but come on, I have dialup...
