2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well i went in and enabled cheats. that's a no brainer at this point. then I checked off the cheats I wanted, (not including the master because it wont run the game)
Only problem is when i go to run it it wont load my gamesave after I made SURE the right file was selected in memory card slot A. Also in the main menu the character is blacked out and the game runs extremely slow.

3) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on an
earlier version of dolphin? Please specify the exact revision when the
problem began.

It worked fine without the cheats. Every time i unchecked all the cheats the game ran like a dream.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?

5) What version of dolphin are you using (32bit/64bit along with the
version as it appears in the title bar, etc)? Do not say 'latest version'
this changes multiple times a day.

I don't know how to find this out.... it's dolphin version 3.5.... that's all I know

On what operating system, drivers, and hardware? Be sure to list OS,
graphics driver information, and video card model if you are having
graphics problems, for example.
