Any? I have four and all the same behaviour.
What went wrong?
Dolphin hangs up on 2nd run of a game.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run a game. Close it. Run a game again. Witness an instant hang up.
What version of Dolphin were you using?
3.5-1088 and 3.5-1065
64 or 32 bit Dolphin?
Both.
What version of Dolphin used to work?
3.5-1064
What Operating System were you using and what are your hardware
specifications?
Win7 x64, Intel i5-2500, NVIDIA GTX 680, 314.22 WHQL Driver.
Any other relevant information or links to logs:
Happens only to OpenGL. Also it's possible to have some kind of lucky Dolphin start where the problem is gone. Rarely though, restart Dolphin and the problem is here again.

Yeah, I can confirm this has happened to me multiple times in the past few weeks when switching to OpenGL or Software while testing games. It doesn't happen every time for me, but, it happens enough that it instantly jumped to mind when I saw this issue.

I wasn't able to reproduce this with 3.5-1088.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 2.4GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

Oh, that explains why I only get the bug when testing; I have to go to single core when using Fifo-logs.
