when i play wii party there is a parblem with the mii's faces.

Does this problem still happen with recent versions of Dolphin?

Mii faces should appear fine on EFB to RAM and are usually broken on EFB to Texture. I've never played any games with Miis in them in Dolphin, but that screenshot looks like what I'd expect Mii faces to look like on EFB to Texture.
In the Hacks tab in the Graphics config, set the "EFB Copies" setting to "RAM".
Also, yeah, there have been a metric shitton of graphical changes since 3.5, so please check the latest development build from here: http://dolphin-emu.org/download/

Mii Faces should be fixed in latest with EFB2Texture, though there are the rare exceptions.
