Reproduced in r1843 of my HardwareAA branch (a few weeks old, but it was what I had sitting around on my windows computer)

Happens when the game switches to split screen mode (which happens when you start a 2+ player game, finish a race and watch replays or wait for the second demo on the start screen.)
Not sure what it's doing, as I can't see any graphical glitches when I press OK and continue.

This message only shows up on the DirectX backends, but none of the backends implement PokeZ, not even VideoSoftware.

It isn't that EFB Pokes aren't implemented, they're apparently not working right in this case.

OGL has it implemented now, and it's just incredibly slow during the transitions.
